When required by law ONG will collect information in regards to requirements for anti money laundering and anti terrorism acts in Canada, the Proceeds of Crime and Suspicious Transactions. This information may be needed to complete a transaction and to contact you in case of problems regarding your transactions and account.
ONG may disclose non-personal aggregate information with third parties or partners but ONG will not share or share individual customer level information.
Failure to provide accurate customer level information when needed will slow or result in an account or transaction being rejected.
